Issues creating API tokens involving Zero Trust Write permissions
Cloudflare is investigating issues creating API tokens that result in a "1001: Failed common permission check against resources" error. This specifically impacts token creation attempts that include the Zero Trust Write permission group for accounts where the token owner is not a Super Admin. API token creation for users with Super Admin privileges or payloads excluding this specific permission group remain unaffected. We will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.
Cloudflare Peering Portal Authentication Issue
Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which impacts multiple customers/peers who use peering.cloudflare.com. This issue does not affect the serving of cached files via the Cloudflare CDN or other security features at the Cloudflare Edge. Authentication to peering.cloudflare.com is currently affected due to an outage with our third party authentication provider. Further detail will be provided as more information becomes available.
Newark (EWR) Datacenter Increase in HTTP Request latency
Cloudflare has detected an issue regarding elevated latency affecting a subset of HTTP requests in Newark, NJ. We are actively investigating this region. Some customers using Cloudflare Data Loss Prevention (DLP) suite may see intermittent errors for traffic in this datacenter.

Cache Purging Delays in Eastern North America
Cloudflare single-file cache purging (purge by URL) called via the Dashboard/API is running up to 30 minutes behind in Eastern North America (ENAM). This also affects the "Always Online" feature. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Until then you may use the Purge Everything feature but do be aware it may cause a surge in traffic to your origin server(s). More updates to follow.

Support Helpdesk Issues
Our helpdesk provider is currently experiencing issues, and as such customers might be unable to view cases. Customers can still reach us via live chat (Business and Enterprise) through the Cloudflare Dashboard, via the emergency telephone line (Enterprise) and reply to support cases via email.
Mitigated – Service Management Issues in Azure Government Regions
Impact Statement: Starting at 11:15 EST on 08 December 2025, a subset of customers using resources in Azure Government regions who may experience errors when loading resources via the Azure Portal and may be unable to perform service management operations for resources hosted in these regions. You might also encounter login errors when using Azure REST APIs, Azure PowerShell, or Azure CLI.Current Status: All Azure Government regions have recovered at 14:13 EST on 08 December 2025 and are being actively monitored for stability.
Increased errors for Durable Objects and Workers/Pages builds/asset uploads
Cloudflare has identified an issue which impacted SQLite Durable Objects and Workers/Pages builds along with asset uploads. Cloudflare saw impact between 8th Dec 8:50 UTC - 10:30 UTC We are monitoring the situation and will keep this page updated.
Mitigation Applied - Service Management Issues in Azure China Regions
Impact Statement:Starting at 16:50 China Standard Time (CST) on 08 December 2025, customers in Azure China regions experienced failures accessing resources through Azure Portal or performing service management operations. Login attempts via Azure REST APIs, PowerShell, or CLI failed. Retrying operations might have succeeded intermittently.Current Status:Engineering teams identified the cause and applied mitigation. All Azure China regions have recovered at 23:53 on 08 December 2025 China Standard Time (CST) and are being actively monitored for stability.Work continues to restore Azure Databricks to full availability and further communications for Azure China regions will be sent to Azure Service Health.Next Update:We will provide the next update within 60 minutes or sooner if significant developments occur

iOS Subscription Access Issues
Due to a bug introduced in Claude iOS app version 1.251117.1 (November 18), some Apple App Store users who purchased Pro and Max plans on or after November 24 did not receive proper access to their plans. The mobile purchasing bug has been resolved. New purchases going forward will activate plans correctly. Engineering is still working on a fix to restore plans for already-impacted customers, expected to go live tomorrow.
