We are aware of an issue affecting certificate issuance through Let's Encrypt. Customers using Universal SSL, Advanced Certificate Manager, or Cloudflare for SaaS may experience delays or failures when issuing or renewing certificates that use Let's Encrypt as the Certificate Authority. Certificates issued through other CAs (such as Google Trust Services) are not affected. Existing certificates that have already been issued remain valid and are unaffected. We are actively monitoring Let's Encrypt availability and will issue certificates as soon as service is restored. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Users who are undergoing scheduled Grid Migrations are experiencing extended downtime. Downtime is expected during a Grid Migration however it's taking longer than usual. During the downtime users are unable to access Slack until the migration completes. We've identified an issue with Job Queues, which may be the cause and are investigating this further. During a recent maintenance operation Zoom Rooms may have appeared offline in the dashboard causing alerts to be triggered however the Zoom Rooms themselves did remain online despite the alerts being sent. There was no impact to end users.
