Outage Details

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing content on C1, C7 and potentially other clusters not being sent to Moderation. The route cause has been identified and changes are being made to mitigate the issue. Clients can identify which cluster they are on by logging into their workbench and looking at the URL which will start with "https://workbench-" followed by the cluster number. Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing content on all clusters not to be sent to Moderation. The root cause has been identified, and changes are being made to mitigate the issue. Please note that this will affect clients with a moderation SLA of 24 hours or less.
