How IsDown compares to DownDetector?

IsDown and DownDetector help users determine if a service is having problems. The big difference is that IsDown is a status page aggregator. IsDown monitors a service's official status page to give our customers a more reliable source of information. The integration allows us to provide more details about the outage, like incident title, description, updates, and the parts of the affected service. Additionally, users can create internal status pages and set up notifications for all their third-party services.

What happens when I create an IsDown account?

You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the service and get notifications.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do. We offer them in these situations:
- Annual plans
- Non-profits and educational institutions
- Multi-year payed upfront

How can I pay for a subscription?

You can go to the Billing section in your account and choose one of the monthly or yearly plans. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.

Can I pay by Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice?

Yes, we accept payments via Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices in annual plans. Just reach out to us at support@isdown.app or via chat.

Can I get a refund?

We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it within ten days of subscribing. No questions asked.
