Outage Details

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we received an announcement from one of our internet exchange providers in Frankfurt that packet loss to our cloud might be observed. They have discovered an issue with the traffic balance inside their network that had started at 07:00 UTC on the 9th of November. IMPACT: Customers whose request goes through the DE-CIX network may observe packet loss in the connection to our cloud. We do not have an ETA for the problem resolution, but we will keep you posted about any updates.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we received an update from our internet exchange provider in Frankfurt.

The partners informed us of upcoming works on the exchange network that might result in decreased capacities between Europe and the US, potentially leading to partial packet loss for traffic passing over the interconnect.

Our engineers are ready to implement re-routing if necessary, so that the impact on the network connectivity would be minimized as much as possible.
