Whenever some of our users are clicking the "phone" option to pull up Aircall in Salesforce, it says there is no connection even though our CTI is set up and our wifi is working
I cannot log in to the dashboard - It keeps coming back saying that I'm not connected to the network where I can connect just fine to other services. Tried clearing all website cache and still not able to log in.
