Service for Imperva's Support Portal has remained stable and functioning normally. At this time this incident is being considered resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

We have completed remedial actions and Imperva's Support Portal has returned to normal service levels. We are monitoring to ensure continued stability. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.

We have identified the source of the service disruption affecting Imperva's Support Portal to be a third party service issue. We are working on remedial actions to mitigate the impact to customers at this time.

As a work around, customers can contact Imperva Support via telephone for critical cases requiring immediate attention. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.

We have discovered a potential issue affecting Imperva's Support Portal which may result in customers experiencing an inability to create or modify support cases.
