We were able to assess that the impact of the case sensitivity for relationship fields is low impact and are marking this as resolved as our team has located and implementing a solution for all future imports
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Updating relationship fields via all import types currently does not accept matching values that have different case sensitivity. Our team is in the process of investigating further to prepare a fix.
