Outage Details

In the US2 Data Center, access to the Compleat service was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced the following error when trying to access the GDS Sabre from Compleat, access Search, or submit travel bookings, “S02-Unable to access host session.” Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the US2 Data Center, access to the Compleat service was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced the following error when trying to access the GDS Sabre from Compleat, access Search, or submit travel bookings, “S02-Unable to access host session.”
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the US2 Data Center, access to the Compleat service is below expected level. Affected users may experience the following error when trying to access the GDS Sabre from Compleat, access Search, or submit travel bookings, “S02-Unable to access host session.”
The Incident Response Team is in the process of reverting the scheduled maintenance and is working on the issue with the GDS vendor Sabre. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
