The incident is now resolved.
Root cause: The Snowflake team's latest investigation revealed an additional configuration change was adding resource pressure to the affected database infrastructure. They have now reverted this configuration change.
Customers hosted in the specified regions may be unable to access or use Snowflake services and features. Please note that we are aware of the issue and are working towards identifying and fixing it.
