The service is up and running again and the files have been delivered. This issue should be solved for all customers. We will keep monitoring to ensure high quality.
We have identified the cause of the incident and are currently working on finding a solution for this.
We are currently investigating an issue in File API / Bestandsuitwisseling. Since 12.56 the files are uploaded but not all of them are inmediatley delivered to the corresponding subscribers.
