Virtual Irradiance unavailable since Jan 10

This service has been updated and monitored over the weekend, virtual irradiance service has been restored.

The introduction of GEOS-18 upgraded satellite has been identified as the root cause, and a fix is underway for release into production (currently in qa).

Virtual Irradiance obtains data from third-party sources in order to generate irradiance estimates. The satellite imagery has been unavailable since January 10th for US West and Hawaii, resulting in no new Virtual Irradiance data since that date.

As this impacts energy expectation, these assessments will be delayed until satellite imagery access is restored. We will continue to monitor this condition and post updates they become available.
