Bazaarvoice is experiencing an intermittent issue with case creation via sending an email to support@bazaarvoice.com. Please get in touch with Bazaarvoice via live chat, or call 888.984.1381 if you receive a bounce-back notification or no email from Bazaarvoice with a case number.

A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
