Some users of the MFA Mobile application continue receiving "Wrong code entered, please try again." If this message is received when entering the code from the "Blackbaud MFA" entry on the app, please contact Support for further assistance. Our engineers continue working both to resolve this issue and provide self-service access to MFA resets. Please continue to reference this page for updates.

INVESTIGATING 10 days ago - at 04/23/2024 07:15PM

We have resolved the issue related to users being returned to the sign-in page during their sign-in process, users who are still experiencing this issue on their systems should clear cache and cookies to see this issue resolved.

We are still investigating a root cause for the subset of users receiving "Wrong code entered, please try again." Users who have recently enrolled in MFA with a Mobile Application should use the code from the "Blackbaud MFA" entry on their devices. We expect our recovery code system will be available soon for users to reset their MFA connections to gain access to their accounts themselves. Further updates will be provided tomorrow 4/24/2024 at 10:30 AM EDT.
