Cybersource is aware of an issue that may result in a potential funding delay for merchants processing on Visa Platform Connect Gateways. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Impact: Transactions may show as 'Cancelled' or 'Error' in the Business Center, even though they are in fact processed. This is not currently impacting authorization traffic but could result in funding delays for merchants. The issue affecting the settlement and batching for VPC has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

Impact: The re-runs were partially successful for transactions with Visa Internet (Ecommerce Indicator == 7). A subset of transactions failed on the re-run due to "Insufficient Funds", "Do Not Honor" or similar errors from issuers.

As not all the impacted transactions have been recovered, it is important that you contact your Cybersource Sales Representative to discuss what can be done regarding your transactions.
