Summary: Windows Virtual Machines (VMs) might be unable to boot Description: We are experiencing an issue with Windows VMs. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Friday, 2023-08-18 08:00 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. Diagnosis: Customers may experience Windows VMs to be unable to boot. Workaround: Customers can delete and recreate instances as a workaround.
