Minor Incident Hög användning ger längre svarstider

I samband med skolstart är det extra många som använder Microsoft Teams och Haldor Education samtidigt. Det gör att belastningen är högre än vanligt och en del användare upplever längre svarstider i båda tjänsterna. Det innebär bland annat att det kan ta längre tid än vanligt att skapa nya team i Microsoft Teams och längre tid att skapa uppgifter i Haldor Education. Vi uppskattar ert tålamod. Svarstiderna kommer återgå till normalt när den nya terminen är igång.

Resolved Major Driftstörning

Vi har identifierat en bakomliggande orsak till tidigare driftstörning som vi i förebyggande syfte ska åtgärda och behöver stänga ned Haldor Education (för kunder med svenskbaserad databehandling) och Vårdnadshavartjänsten (för samtliga) för att åtgärda detta. Arbetet är dock svårbedömt i tid då vi även är beroende av underleverantörer för åtgärderna, men vi jobbar på att lösa det så fort som möjligt.

Vi har identifierat ett mer akut problem i våra tjänster som gör att vi behöver stänga ned Haldor Education och Vårdnadshavartjänsten för att åtgärda detta. En första uppskattad åtgärdstid är i nuläget 3h, men kan komma att förändras när vi analyserat problemet ytterligare. Vi jobbar på att lösa det så fort som möjligt.
