Our engineering team figured out that a maintenance issue took place the 8th of February affecting some data of the platform. Since this date, you may experience the following regarding the Shortlist feature: - As a candidate, you may be contacted twice regarding the same job offer - As a recruiter, the count of contacted candidates is erroneous, as well as the matching rate and statistics on best matching keywords. We are currently in the process to recover most of the data lost. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, and we will give updates as soon as the recovery process is moving forward.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when JobTeaser has issues.
Why use IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service and get notifications.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account and choose one of the plans. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
