Some of the Contacts are not able to subscribe to the Recurring Notifications topics. Click on the buttons "Get messages"/ "Notify me" does not subscribe Contacts to the topics and does not continue the Flow. We are looking into a number of similar reports at this time. The issue has already been reported to Meta Support Team. Due to the issue on Meta's side, regular buttons are not working in Messenger on Android devices currently. At the same time, Quick Reply buttons continue working correctly. Facebook issue: webview in Messenger might display content incorrectly on desktop
Messenger webview might work incorrectly on desktop for some users right now, displaying blank page instead of the needed content. WhatsApp channel can't be connected to ManyChat at the moment - we're experiencing the issue with WhatsApp’s Embedded Sign-Up mechanism, which doesn't return a web-hook with Business data at the very last step of the process.
