We are still investigating the issue that is impacting our Portal, RADIUS Service and Single Sign-On Service.

We have identified the issue is with a 3rd party Domain Name Registrar configuration and we are working as fast as we can to resolve this issue.

This issue is further constrained by DNS propagation delay which may be helped by refreshing DNS on all devices that are affected by this.

We have triggered the propagation of corrected DNS records to all regions and are seeing high success rates. We have identified that refreshing the DNS does mitigate the issue in most cases. Some environments could be pointing to a DNS where the updates have not been propagated and for those refreshing the DNS will not help.

We are closely monitoring the issue and are expecting the errors to subside as the DNS records propagate. We will provide more updates as soon as we have more details available.

Our remediation steps have brought error rates to a normalized state and we are continuing to work towards fully restoring the service. Some environments could still be affected by the DNS propagation delays and refreshing the DNS would help in mitigating the issue. We will provide more details as soon as they are available.
