Dear Valued Customer, We had an intermittent issue with our dispatch and rating services from 1:20 PM CST to 2:26 PM CST. The impact was limited to the NA region only. Our engineering team has identified the issue and has deployed a fix for the issue. We will continue to monitor and keep you informed.
