Outage Details

We have identified outages currently within our Reading South Data Center. We are working with a third party supplier which is currently experiencing wave length issues, which is affecting our clients. An update will be provided as soon as possible.

Replacement part installed and confirmed that services are now back up and running.

Pulsant can confirm that the replacement part has arrived and work will commence to have this swapped at 18:15 BST.

A brief outage is expected at this time.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, the replacement parts arrival has been slightly delayed.

We are ready to get work started as soon as this arrives however we are now expecting this between 17:30 and 18:00.

An update will be provided as soon as possible.

The ETA for the replacement part is between 16:00 and 17:00 with work to commence shortly after to replace.

Pulsant are working continuously with the vendor, and have agreed to expedite the delivery of the hardware replacement.

ETA to be confirmed.

Workaround troubleshooting still ongoing between vendor and Pulsant engineers at this time.

Troubleshooting is still ongoing on the affected hardware currently with Pulsant and vendor involvement.

Pulsant will provide an update once progress has been made.

We have identified a hardware fault in Telehouse North. A case has been raised with the vendor of this hardware and we are currently awaiting an ETA for a replacement.

This has been escalated with urgency and we are currently looking at workaround options in the meantime.
