本日発生したクラウド電話のエラーが解消しましたのでご報告いたします。
■障害内容：クラウド電話にて通話メモの編集ができない
■発生期間：2024年1月18日（木）18時38分～19時10分頃
■原因：一時的な不具合
上記期間は通話メモの編集ができず、エラーが発生しておりました。
現在は問題は解消し、通常通りご利用いただけます。
なお、障害発生期間中の録音データ、文字起こしは問題なく生成されています。
この度は障害により多大なご迷惑をおかけし誠に申し訳ございません。
現在クラウド電話にて通話メモの編集画面が表示できないエラーが発生しております。
解消までにはおよそ10分ほどを要する予定です。
ご利用の皆様にはご迷惑をおかけし誠に申し訳ございません。
なお、通話には問題がないため、受電および架電は通常通りご利用いただけます。
