The message queue has been cleared and Air Fright Carrier Messaging has returned to normal operation.
A fix has been implemented, but messages are still being processed with a delay, because the backlog has grown large since the beginning of the incident. We are monitoring the situation.
The issue has returned since 10:30 h UTC. Messages are currently again not delivered to our partners. We have identified the issue as a non-responsive supplier system and we are working with the supplier to find a solution.
The connection has been re-established and messages have been carried out successfully. We are continuing to investigate this issue.
