We identified an issue preventing newly provisioned Sage 50 customers who are trying to enable addon features (Sage Sync, Sage Contacts, Sage Dashboard, and Sage Approvals) in Portugal, Spain, and Canada. All other customers and product features are unaffected.
We are investigating a potential issue with the service. An update will be provided within 30 minutes.
