Outage Details

In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Center , logging in to the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app was unavailable. Affected users might have experienced the following error message: “Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign in again.”, when attempting to login or submit their request. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Center , logging in to the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app was unavailable. Affected users might have experienced the following error message: “Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign in again.”, when attempting to login or submit their request.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

The Incident Response Team is currently investigating. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
