Outage Details

In the North America Data Center, travel bookings to the Compleat service was below expected level. Affected users may have intermittently experienced timeout errors when attempting to book using Apollo and Galileo GDS services from Compleat. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the North America Data Center, travel bookings to the Compleat service was below expected level. Affected users may have intermittently experienced timeout errors when attempting to book using Apollo and Galileo GDS services from Compleat.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the North America Data Center, travel bookings to the Compleat service is below expected level. Affected users may intermittently experience timeout errors when attempting to book using Apollo and Galileo GDS services from Compleat.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) is continuously working with Travelport to restore service and is still in progress. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.

In the North America Data Center, travel bookings to the Compleat service is below expected level. Affected users may intermittently experience timeout errors when attempting to book using Apollo GDS from Compleat.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) team has opened a support ticket with Travelport to continue the investigation. Travelport acknowledged the issue and is working to resolve it.
