Outage Details

In the US2 Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced one of the following errors: “An error occurred while processing your request” or : “Sorry, Concur is currently unavailable”, when attempting to log in. While some recovery was observed and some users may have been able to login, if an error was experienced upon login it may have been possible to login after multiple attempts. While some users may have experienced an error when attempting to complete tasks in Expense, accessing and booking travel was stable. Should an error have been received while performing a task, it may have been possible to complete tasks after a refresh. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We are activating an extended monitoring phase to ensure continued stability. Once it has been determined that all services will continue functioning at expected levels the incident will be resolved.

In the US2 Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced one of the following errors: “An error occurred while processing your request” or : “Sorry, Concur is currently unavailable”, when attempting to log in. While some recovery was observed and some users may have been able to login, if an error was experienced upon login it may have been possible to login after multiple attempts. While some users may have experienced an error when attempting to complete tasks in Expense, accessing and booking travel was stable. Should an error have been received while performing a task, it may have been possible to complete tasks after a refresh.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We are activating an extended monitoring phase to ensure continued stability. Once it has been determined that all services will continue functioning at expected levels the incident will be resolved.

While some recovery was observed and some users may have been able to login, if an error was experienced upon login it may have been possible to login after multiple attempts. While some users may have experienced an error when attempting to complete tasks in Expense, accessing and booking travel was stable. Should an error have been received while performing a task, it may have been possible to complete tasks after a refresh.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the US2 Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced one of the following errors: “An error occurred while processing your request” or : “Sorry, Concur is currently unavailable”, when attempting to log in. While some recovery is observed and some users may be able to login, should an error be experienced upon login please wait 15 minutes prior to attempting another login. Some users may experience an error when attempting to complete tasks in Expense, although accessing and booking Travel is stable. Should an error be received while performing a task, please attempt to complete the task after a refresh.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) has taken multiple corrective actions, including upsizing impacted tiers. Each time recovery is observed, demand overwhelms the sites, resulting in performance degradation. We continue to troubleshoot, and engage necessary teams.
Our next scheduled update will be in two hours or sooner should a significant change occur.

In the US2 Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced one of the following errors: “An error occurred while processing your request” or : “Sorry, Concur is currently unavailable”, when attempting to log in. While some recovery is observed and some users may be able to login, should an error be experienced upon login please wait 15 minutes prior to attempting another login. Some users may experience an error when attempting to complete tasks. Should an error be received while performing a task, please attempt to complete the task after a refresh.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) performed a restart. Additionally, an investigation is underway to perform a mapping update to continue stabilizing traffic. Monitoring of all systems is continuing. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.

Affected users may experience one of the following errors: “An error occurred while processing your request” or : “Sorry, Concur is currently unavailable”, when attempting to log in. While some recovery is observed and some users may be able to login, should an error be experienced upon login please wait 15 minutes prior to attempting another login.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) is performing a database restart to mitigate errors and continue complete recovery. Additionally, the IRT continues to monitor all systems. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
