Dear Customers, We are investigating an issue with CSV downloads from Snowflake, which are impacting both our SaaS and on-premises deployments. While we work on fixing this issue, we recommend using the Snowflake query history page as an alternative method for downloading CSV files. We apologize for any trouble this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The issue regarding Snowflake CSV downloads has been successfully resolved. Our team has implemented a fix to address the difficulties of maintaining security features during CSV downloads.

To ensure a seamless experience and to avoid encountering this bug in the future, we highly recommend upgrading to build 1.2417.3. This version contains the necessary updates and enhancements to mitigate any similar issues.
