We are currently investigating reports of intermittent missing records when attempting to inspect call logs using Voice Inspector. Customers may encounter missing records, such as quality metrics or events, when inspecting previous calls using Voice Inspector. We will update this status as soon as we have more information on this issue.

The intermittent missing records in Voice Inspector problem has been resolved.

The following services were impacted from 2024/04/30 23:31 UTC until 2024/05/08 18:31 UTC.

Video Inspector

Other services have not been impacted.

All services have been restored.

We have identified the root cause of the intermittent missing records in Voice Inspector issue.

During our investigation, it was found that Video Inspector was also impacted and some session events would have been missing when using Video Inspector to debug past sessions.

We are currently working on getting the issue fixed and will post further updates here.
