Availability Degradation - Performance Issues in SBR

We are experiencing high CPU on our application tier in a single SouthBrazil scale unit causing customers to experience performance issues or errors across core services. Autoscaling kicked in which has greatly reduced the impact to customers and lowered the overall CPU.

We have made a change to prevent us from autoscaling back down to the original VM count and are continuing to investigate the contributing factors.

Our engineers are currently investigating an event impacting Azure DevOps. The event is being triaged and we will post an update as soon as we know more.
