Outage Details

We are investigating an issue that is blocking users submitting tickets using Get in Touch via DIRECT. We have narrowed down the issue to the content of the subject line containing short references which is being blocked. We are working to resolve the issue, until the issue is resolved removing any short reference from the subject line should allow the ticket to be created

Upon further investigation the issue is with numbers in the subject line being blocked.

Team is working to understand what is causing this and will resolve as soon as possible
