Email notifications for job runs not being received

This issue has been resolved, and all affected systems are now functioning normally.

A fix has been implemented. We're monitoring this closely to ensure that email notifications are being delivered as expected.

We isolated the code change causing the issue and have reverted it so operations return to normal.
