IMAP/SMTP services - sending & receiving email - are not affected at this time and are working normally. Our engineering team is engaged to determine the cause of the issue and are working to deploy a fix. Thank you for your patience.

We have not received any further reports from customers unable to access Webmail owing to this issue, so we are closing this incident.

We have identified the cause of the issue affecting signing in to Webmail.

Webmail is back online; customers can sign in. We will continue to monitor the issue.
