From 1:39 PM to 1:58 PM Eastern, Fusion experienced slowness throughout the system. We turned off the sidebar counts in the Schedule and Docs tab for most customers to allow the system to recover. The system has recovered and sidebar counts have been turned back on. However, we have added some restrictions to the time the system will try to load a count in the sidebar. Our team understands this impacted you and your clinic, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue!
