Multiple users are complaining about intermittent issues with Banner Admin connectivity this morning starting at around 7:00am on Friday 09/20. Staff are aware of the issue and investigating.
OIT staff have identified the issue as being caused by a change made last night to renew certs on BigIP which broke the GTM's ability to see whether pools are down or not for Banner Admin. Staff are working to resolve the issue.
