We would like to address the current situation with Network International (NI). NI is functioning overall; however, we have observed an increased decline rate and occasional issues during peak hours. Our analysis indicates that the system remains stable during non-peak hours. The primary obstacle to a complete resolution lies in ongoing discussions with NI regarding necessary adjustments to address the issue. Our Development team is prepared to implement the required solutions as soon as these discussions reach a conclusion. We are actively working with NI to expedite this process and secure the information needed to proceed. In the interim, we have implemented a temporary solution by rerouting transactions on our side, which has successfully improved the acceptance rate and mitigated the impact of this issue.
