Outage Details
We have implemented a successful fix for the issue and as of 21:55 we have now seen full recovery of notifications, webhooks, and the loading of alert details, custom fields, and incident timeline in the web UI.
Incident workflows continue to be delayed as they work through the backlog. We will provide an update when incident workflows have also returned to normal processing.
