We are aware of an issue where a limited number of our customers are experiencing degraded performance while accessing PowerSchool SIS application through a specific browser, Chrome version 118 and 117. PowerSchool SIS application is up and running and works without any issues in all other browsers. If any of your team members are running into the degraded performance for PowerSchool SIS, please ask them to try using a different browser, other than Chrome to access PowerSchool SIS. PowerSchool teams are gathered in a war room, and are actively triaging the issue. We will provide an update here as soon as we have additional details to share.

The intermittent access issue that some of our customers were experiencing while accessing PowerSchool SIS via Google Chrome, stands resolved now. PowerSchool teams are continuing to monitor the system, and have not noticed or been notified of any new issues today. Please reach out to PowerSchool Support via phone, web, or chat through our PowerSchool Community if you continue to experience any issues.
