Analytics/metrics dashboards are not loading or taking a long time to load for US accounts

This incident has been resolved.

The Signals Reports and Metrics API are operational. Processes are running to load the backlog of data collected during this incident; customers will continue to see metrics data catch up over the next 3-5 hours.

Some customers are reporting:
- Slow Signals Reports page load times and timeouts
- Errors on Metrics API
We are continuing to optimize the data processing services.

A fix has been implemented and Signals Reports are now loading and the Metrics API is operational. A process to upload the backlog of event data collected since 10:00 UTC today is now running; it will take a number of hours to process before it is available to the Signals Reports and Metrics API.
