A subset of our customers are facing issues after updating to the latest version of the mobile app (v3.12.0). Our team is working to identify the root cause and fix the issue. Users may be experiencing degraded usability of the mobile app after the update. Please reach out to support@squadcast.com for any questions.
We’ve identified the issue and are working on a fix, which will be published to the PlayStore and AppStore. In the meantime, if you’re facing this issue, you can either clear app data and login, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
