Resolved Minor Errors signing into Alyce Dashboard
Alyce users who login via Google, Microsoft, or Okta may see errors trying to sign into the Alyce Dashboard. Users who are currently signed in are unaffected. Logging in with an email/password is working as expected. We’ve identified the issue with an upstream technology partner and will provide updates as soon as possible.
Resolved Minor Delays with email gift invitations
Some email gift invitations may be delayed. Users will see the status “Gift Options Ready” without the expected button. We are investigating the cause.

We're investigating an issue where some users will not be able to login to Alyce and receive a "ESOCKETTIMEDOUT" error. We're investigating as a highest priority, some users may be able to login by retrying. We'll provide an update as soon as we can.

Some gift invite emails are not being sent. This affects users that send Alyce gift invites using their Gmail or Outlook instead of [email protected] We're investigating this issue at the highest priority and will provide an update as soon as we can.
