We have implemented a solution to resolve the issue where customers were unable to add members to existing projects or create new projects in the multiple Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) products in the US region and our team is currently monitoring the situation. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

We are continuing to investigate reports of customers experiencing an issue where they are unable to add members to existing projects or create new projects in the multiple Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) products in the US region. We subsequently determined that this issue is also affecting ACC Cost Management. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
