This issue has been resolved and email processing is normal for our US Region. We thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
MONITORING

We implemented a fix and email processing is stable at this time. Some customers may still see back up in their journal queue, but we anticipate that those queues will begin to clear. We will continue monitoring the service for any other issues.
