A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We will update it here once it's resolved.
We are currently receiving several reports that WhatsApp bots are down, and we can confirm that Meta API is not sending us data. It seems to be a widespread issue with WhatsApp users, not only bots. You can also check regular users reports here: https://downdetector.sg/status/whatsapp/
We are waiting for Meta to address and resolve the issue.
