We’ve identified an issue which caused task processing to be delayed between 12:10 UTC to 12:35UTC We’ve implemented a fix to address this and we are working on running the delayed tasks now. Before and after this timeframe Zap Runs and tasks continued processing as expected. No data loss is anticipated. Resolved Minor Zap runs are slowed down or delayed
We are currently investigating any possibility of data loss related to this previous incident: https://status.zapier.com/incidents/zk25j167rxx8 On April 11th, during a 90 minute period between 4:00-5:30 UTC, 50-75% of hooks took longer than expected and were delayed for a few minutes up to 2 hours. We were able to replay those hooks from 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM UTC. We’ve mitigated the issue and have made a change to avoid similar incidents in the future. Resolved Minor Delayed Zap processing between 4:00-5:30 UTC
Approximately 2 hours ago, we detected a slowdown in our hook processing. We've remediated the problem and are verifying that all hooks sent during this time have been processed. You may notice some delays in polling and instant triggers sent from 4:00-5:30 UTC, but new triggers are being processed as normal. We’re currently monitoring this issue while replaying the hooks that were delayed. We expect to have this incident fully resolved in approximately 1 hour.
