Resolved Multiple app authentications are unable to be reconnected
Users are experiencing errors when reconnecting to some of our apps. We're investigating the impact of this issue and swiftly looking to resolve it. We will update you with more information as we go forward.
Resolved Authentications Disconnecting
We are receiving reports of failing connections (authentication) across various app integrations, which started on January 22 1:00 AM UTC. Our engineers are currently investigating the issue. Resolved Planned Database Maintenance
We're performing planned maintenance on the Schedule by Zapier database. Zaps may be delayed.
Resolved Task processing delays
Some Zaps are currently experiencing Task processing delays. You may see this reflected in your Task History as a "Playing" status. Our team is currently working to resolve this issue and will continue to provide updates.
Resolved Backend delay in database
We have identified an issue with the database having issues catching up with the website. This can result in: 1. New Zaps can’t be created, tested 2. Zaps can’t be turned on 3. Newly-made authentication/connections aren’t actually working Zaps that are up and running should not be affected.
Resolved Planned Maintenance

Resolved Delayed Zap triggering and execution
We are currently impacted by an AWS issue that is resulting in some Zap triggering/execution delays. Data continues to be received, but may be processed slower than normal. Our team is working to mitigate the impact and will continue to provide updates.
Resolved Errors when using the Formatter app
We are aware of some issues processing data using our built-in Formatter app. We're aware of the issue and we're currently investigating. We're sorry for the trouble this is causing, and we hope to find a resolution soon. We'll post updates here as we have them.
Resolved Formatter steps in "Playing" status
Zap workflows with Formatter steps may currently show a "Playing" status. New data continues to be received, but the Formatter steps are processing this data slower that normal, delaying how fast workflows are running. Formatter steps that are currently stuck in a "Playing" status can be expected to return to normal without requiring any changes.
