Outage Details

The "CHR Employee" load type is missing within Edge Loads and Feeds. This option does not appear in New Loads, New Configurations, or Templates. From our review so far, it seems that this is limited to the Production environment for LAX swimlanes. We are urgently reviewing to restore this option in Edge.

The CSOD Technology Team observed an issue with Edge Import "CHR Employee" Load Type Missing. This has been resolved.

The "CHR Employee" load type is missing within Edge Loads and Feeds. This option does not appear in New Loads, New Configurations, or Templates. From our review so far, it seems that this is limited to the Production environment for LAX swimlanes.
We are urgently reviewing to restore this option in Edge.
