High SMTP Connection Latency on MailChannels

Our spam filtering provider (MailChannels) is currently experiencing degraded performance which is impacting the delivery of mails for any DreamHost mail users with active spam filtering. We are currently working to mitigate the impact of this event and will continue to post updates as they become available.

Our spam filtering partner, MailChannels, is diligently working on resolving this issue. There's been noticeable progress, however, a minor percentage of users might still face performance issues. Currently, we're focusing our efforts to lessen the impact of this situation and will keep sharing updates as soon as we get them.

We are currently monitoring improvements in email delivery following a resolution by MailChannels. As of 11:00 AM PST, all key performance metrics have normalized. Emails held in queues are now processing, though there may be residual delays as these clears. New emails should be delivered without delay. We appreciate your continued patience.
