Error when purchasing HubSpot phone number

As of 1:40 PM EST, all customers attempting to acquire a HubSpot phone number will see an error stating “There was a problem acquiring this number. Please try again.” This error will prevent the successful creation of a HubSpot phone number. You may be able to self-resolve this error by trying the “Get this number” button again. This is happening due to degraded service from a third-party provider that HubSpot uses to generate and purchase the number. More details are available on our provider’s site:

Some portals with Zoom Integration unable to generate Zoom link in Meetings invite is unavailable for some customers

Some portals may see that the Zoom link is not appearing in their HubSpot Meetings invite sent to customers. Our team is working to resolve this, but in the interim, HubSpot users with access to Meetings links can take the following steps to resolve: First, select "Sales" in the navigation menu, then select "Meetings." Second, hover over the affected meetings link and select "Edit." Once able to edit, remove the Zoom link from the "Location" field. Lastly, re-enter the Zoom link in the "Location" field on the desired meeting and save your changes.
