Resolved List updates and automation are delayed for some customers

Beginning at 10:40 AM ET on March 2, 2021, some HubSpot customers have been experiencing list processing delays of up to 60 minutes. These may have impacted workflow enrollment, active list processing, CRM search, and other tools in HubSpot. We’ve identified the cause of the issue, and list processing is currently catching up. We're working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our team will update this page when the issue is resolved.

Some CTA’s in Marketing Emails are not available. Impacted CTA’s will show broken formatting. Impacted CTA links are clickable, but lead to an error message that reads: “That page is Nowhere to be found”. This is impacting email drafts, previews, and sent emails. We’re investigating what’s causing this issue and will update this page when we have more information.

Resolved Two-factor authentication (2FA) is not working for HubSpot customers

Due to a Twilio systems issue, two-factor authentication (2FA) is currently not sending a SMS for login verification. They have acknowledged the issue and are currently investigating.
