Beginning at 1:55 PM EST on April 15, 2021, some customers have been experiencing loading issues impacting certain pages in HubSpot. Our team is investigating the underlying issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Resolved Customers are experiencing delays with HubSpot

Customers are experiencing delays of up to 30 minutes across a number of HubSpot services and tools. Impacted tools include CRM timeline, Workflows, Reporting, Conversations, and Notifications. We are investigating the cause of this issue. At this time we do not anticipate any loss of data.

Resolved Some recipients of tracked emails are seeing warnings when opening them

Some customers are seeing warning messages when sending emails that are tracked and logged to HubSpot. Our team is actively looking into this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Beginning at 10:40 AM ET on March 2, 2021, some HubSpot customers have been experiencing list processing delays of up to 60 minutes. These may have impacted workflow enrollment, active list processing, CRM search, and other tools in HubSpot. We’ve identified the cause of the issue, and list processing is currently catching up. Impacted CTA links are clickable, but lead to an error message that reads: “That page is Nowhere to be found”. This is impacting email drafts, previews, and sent emails.
