We have identified an issue with notifications sending from Drift. We will update this page with details on the types of notifications and impact as soon as possible.
Our system for processing chat notifications has received a very large and unexpected increase in volume that has resulted in delays in sending notifications. The source of the unexpected increase has been identified and resolved and we are now processing the backed up notifications. We expect notifications delays of up to 50 minutes while our system works through the notifications
Engineering also identified from 12:15PM ET to 2:15PM ET most end user messages were not delivered.
